46 innovative companies received certificates of residents of Novosibirsk Technopark23 Apr 2010
The Minister of Communications and Mass Communications Igor Shchyogolev personally handed to the firms “Soft-Lab-NSK" and "Date East " two of these certificates, and then he told about plans for the future development of Technoparks in Russia.
About 13-14 billion rubles will be invested in the federal support program of Technopark projects from 2011 to 2014 - about 3,5 billion annually. Such figures were announced yesterday during a visit to Novosibirsk by the Minister of Communications and Mass Communications Igor Shchyogolev. According to the minister this is the second part of the program: the first must be finished this year, 2010. Shchegolev visited almost finished Center of Technological Support of the Novosibirsk Technopark, met with a number of innovative companies that will work there, and took part in the ceremony of handing certificates to the residents. They are all very different: some, as the company "Tehnoskan" or "META", has already developed, made a name for themselves, they have a long and successful history, others are still at the beginning of their way. But, despite the difference in experience, expertise and speed, each of them connects with Technopark development aspirations. For example, a well known company "SUN", the first in Siberia that has received support of RUSNANO, intends to build new production facilities on the territory of Technopark: during the next seven years with the help of loans and investments, including from RUSNANO, "SUN" is going to more than double volume of production. As for the company " Modular Systems Tornado”- a developer and manufacturer of microprocessor-based control systems for industrial facilities – it hosts its production in other enterprises, and Technopark is needed more as an organizational resource. - We are producing systems of world-level manufacturers. But our competitors are giant enterprises, and we are a small company. We need communication, we need contacts, we need a brand. It is for this that we came to Technopark, - explained representative of "MST" Daria Kolyakina. To date, the company “Aeroservice” was located in Kol'tsovo business incubator and it has grown out of these walls for three years of existence. Instruments for integrated air cleaning production "Aeroservice" work today in the regional administration, opera and ballet theatre, hotels and cafes. In the near future the company is moving to Technopark and plans to use the resources of the Centre of technological support. - It's very convenient, since all technologies will be at hand there that now have to be looked for in the city, and moreover suppliers sell short – some disrupt time, others lower the quality. The possibility of real-time control of contractors - it is really valuable - explained Marketing Director of “Aeroservice” Philipp Sabelfeld. He said Technopark enables the company to take the next step in the development, and what is more it creates the innovative environment, which is so urgent now for producers of high-tech products. After the Minister had met with the companies represented, he acknowledged that the pace of development of Technopark and the quality of residents are impressive. - And revealing is the fact that residents’ income (though virtual, due to the fact that Technopark only started its operation), already exceeds the cost that is shared between federal and regional budgets and private investors who invested in the construction of this site. In my view, this is an evidence of the great prospects of the project. And of course, we will continue cooperation in the sphere of Novosibirsk Technopark construction which we believe to be our joint brainchild - promised Shchyogolev. In evidence the Minister provided the figures: if the investments of the two budgets - the regional and federal one - are planned this year in the amount of 800 million rubles, annual revenues of residents are counted in tens of billions already. - For such figures you can’t feel shame, after Technopark funding will be terminated, it will support itself and will make profit, - noted Minister of Communications. The Centre of technological support or Instrument cluster is the first stage of Novosibirsk Technopark development. The building is ready, and within a month equipment will be imported there. These areas will accommodate 25 companies - manufacturers of high technology products and those who will serve their technical needs. Rental fees for residents, according to the director of Technopark Dmitry Verkhovod is minimal - 20 rubles per square meter excluding taxes. Official opening of the first stage of Technopark is planned for the end of May.
